Design, build and construct new munitions maintenance building to include site sewer, water and gas. Construct building plumbing to restrooms, breakroom and munitions maintenance bay floor drains, and low pressure (160 PSI), and high pressure (3500 PSI) compressors and compressed air distribution piping.
